This page lists error codes for the v1 XML API. It remains supported, but it is no longer the recommended integration path. New integrations should use the API Status Codes v2 reference. If you are maintaining an existing v1 integration, the information on this page is still accurate.

Code	Description
E100	Invalid request. Please make a valid GET/POST request with all the required variables.
E103	API access is blocked for this account. Please check the status of this account or its master account if applicable.
E104	Account authentication failed.
E105	This account does not have API access.
E107	This account is not allowed to use this action.
E108	Corrupt XML in the request. {ERROR DETAILS}
E110	Invalid to / receiver number.
E111	Invalid Sender.
E111	Invalid Sender to {COUNTRY NAME}.
E112	API call rejected. IP is not white-listed.
E113	API call rejected. Set throughput exceeded for this API action.
E114	API call rejected. Phone number is blacklisted.
E174	The mmsid value is invalid.
E200	The account does not have any MMS templates.
E212	The page_number value is invalid.
E213	The items_per_page value is invalid.
E214	The start_date value is invalid.
E223	A slide cannot contain more than one object.
E224	A slide cannot contain both image/audio/video and object.
E225	The maximum number of slides (9) has been exceeded.
E226	A slide cannot contain both audio and video.
E227	A slide cannot contain both image and video.
E228	A slide cannot contain text with more than 5000 characters.
E241	This content does not exist.
E311	The name value is required.
E312	At least one slide must be included.
E313	Slide X is empty.
E331	The image in slide X is too big.
E332	The audio in slide X is too big.
E333	The video in slide X is too big.
E335	The vCard in slide X is too big.
E336	The iCalendar in slide X is too big.
E337	The PDF in slide X is too big.
E341	The image in slide X is corrupted.
E351	The image could not be copied in slide X. {ERROR DETAILS}
E352	The audio could not be copied in slide X.
E353	The video could not be copied in slide X.
E355	The vCard could not be copied in slide X.
E356	The iCalendar could not be copied in slide X.
E357	The PDF could not be copied in slide X.
E359	Invalid Content-Length found in the {HEAD|GET} request for the {content-type} in slide X.
E405	The account does not have any messaging campaigns.
E503	Internal Error. {ERROR DETAILS}
E601	There is no dynamic image template found in the MMS.
E602	Dynamic Image: Barcode ID is required.
E603	Dynamic Image: Invalid Barcode ID. Please remove if any special characters and try again.
E604	Dynamic Image: Text Area X is required.
E605	Dynamic Image: Invalid Text Area X. Please remove if any special characters and try again.
E617	The mmslink_expiration_date value is invalid.
E618	The carrier lookup has failed. Please try again.
E619	The carrier is not provisioned.
E620	The mmsid value is required.
E621	The to / receiver number value is required.
E622	The fallbacksmstext value is required.
E626	This content is unavailable at the moment. Encoding is in progress. Please try again later.
E628	Operator Not supported.
E629	Unrecognized content type. Slide X contains “{content-type}” content which is not supported.
E629	Unrecognized content type. Missing Content-Type header in the {GET|HEAD} response for content in Slide X.
E650	Operator ID is required.
E651	Operator ID not found in the system.
E652	Incorrect disablefallbacksms value. It is optional, but accepts only ‘yes’, ‘no’ or ” if set.
E655	FORCE_SEND_AS_SMS node accepts only true/false values.
E712	The text value is required.
E713	There is billing problem on your account.
E715	The number is not subscribed to this campaign.
E718	The campaignref value is required.
E721	The campaignref value is invalid.
E901	The mobile value is required.
E903	The campaignid value is invalid.
E904	The number could not be subscribed.
E905	The number could not be unsubscribed.
E1130	The image template id in slide X is invalid.
E1131	Only one image template is allowed per MMS.
E1501	There is no information added for the vCard.
E1515	The first or last name for the vCard is required.
E1532	Image in photo url exceeds max allowed size of 1024 KB.
E1701	There is no information added for the iCalendar.
